Tera has been with KMG Prestige prior bringing maintenance experience as well over ten years of community management and tax credit experience with her to Big Bend Apartments. She is dedicated to keeping the community running at it’s best and ensuring the residents know that they’re number one!

Dude Johnson- Maintenance Technician

Dude started here at Big Bend in 2008 and brings with him nine years of maintenance and building experience. Dude is very conscientious and passionate about the community and works to make sure everything is done right the first time.
