	1.	Prospective resident must be "income qualified" according to the above chart and family size.
	2.	No member of the family can have a felony arrest record.
	3.	Prospective resident must not owe money to another property owner or apartment community.
	4.	Prospective resident must be able to have Consumer's Energy put into their name.
	5.	No more than four people can occupy a 2-bedroom apartment. No more than 6 people can occupy a 3-bedroom apartment.
	6.	We cannot rent to a whole household of full time students unless one person in the household has a dependent child.
	7.	Prospective resident must have a valid state ID and social security card.
